Dissolved geometry: The designs in this series play with fragments, as if patterns had been set in
motion, deconstructed and then put back together again. The precise, formal geometry of
Egyptian ornament is the inspiration here, but that order is disrupted. Fragments take its place
and symmetry gives way to shift and tension. It is a dialogue between structure and rupture,
between system and deviation. Each kilim tells a story suspended somewhere in between.
